A full coaching engagement lasts between 8-12 months.
Throughout the coaching engagement, you will receive personalized 1-on-1 coaching. These sessions typically occur weekly, but frequency is up to you.
Your coach will conduct individual interviews with each of your stakeholders (typically 6-10 coworkers) to identify growth areas.
You receive resources to use throughout this process and beyond.
Your coach will conduct two mini-surveys with stakeholders to measure your improvement. He will debrief the results with you, help you learn from them, and guide you on ways to carry the lessons forward through an After Action Report.

Pricing - $300/hour. The hours spent over a coaching engagement vary, based on:
